Bio

Justin Heap is a 6th generation Arizonian whose family arrived in Arizona when it was still Mexican Territory. He holds a bachelor's degree in history from A.S.U., a masters degree in classical history, and a Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O'onnor College of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He works as business and constitutional law attorney managing his own firm. He is a fluent Spanish speaker who has lived in several countries in South America and Africa and has seen firsthand the destruction caused by corrupt socialist governments to their nations and peoples.

Justin was motivated to run for politics in response to the government abandonment of constitutional principles during the COVID-19 crisis and the corruption of our education system with divisive racial and gender politics. Justin will be a courageous and unflinching advocate for individual liberty, election integrity, parental rights, limited government, the Constitution, and the conservative principles that have made Arizona one of the freest and most dynamic states in America. He will be proud to stand beside all freedom-loving Americans as we fight to save our great state and our nation. Justin is proud to be running on a team with Fmr. State Senator David Farnsworth in Legislative District 10 as they campaign against current State House Speaker Rusty Bowers, now running for the State Senate in District 10, who has opposed all election integrity bills and refused to cooperate with the 2020 election audit
