BioI want to represent district 25 because it is my home, and it has been my home for more than 50 years. My mother and father were GERMAN immigrants in the 1950's and made Ottumwa there home. Not only for our Family but our family businesses. I have a Lovely Wife (a Minnesota transplant) of nearly 30 years and 2 sons Andreas and Marcus. All of which want to support me in this endeavor. I have always enjoyed helping out in our community whether it by volunteering for events or sitting on committees. It has been humbling and a great learning experience.
My businesses have taken me all over the world and given me a great prospective. One thing I have learned is that you are only as good as your inputs to get a quality output. I have spent over 30 years building businesses for myself and others. Along the way I have learned how to listen, problem solve, and find solutions. I want to take these skills with me to the house.
