Bio

Senator Dave Rowley, a Spirit Lake resident for the last 25 years, is an insurance agent at Blum and Leonard Insurance Associates in Estherville. He is a former Dickinson County GOP chair and current president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa (IIAI). He attended the University of Iowa, receiving a B.A. in Psychology. He has a varied background in the property & casualty insurance industry, including underwriting, marketing, insurance agency management, and sales.
