Zach Payne of Charlestown was elected to serve the constituents of House District 66 in 2020. Payne earned his MBA from the University of Southern Indiana. He works in marketing as a business development director and co-founder of a small business. He previously served as the Clark County Recorder where he focused his efforts on modernizing and streamlining the office. From 2012-2015, he fought to protect property rights and save taxpayer dollars as a Jeffersonville City Councilman. Payne has served on the Charlestown Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. He and his wife, Callie, live in Charlestown.
