BioJosh grew up in Warren, Michigan and graduated from De La Salle Collegiate. His father, Thomas, founded Comics & More, a small business in Madison Heights that is thriving to this day. His mother is a recruiter for a large health insurance company. After graduating from Michigan State University, Josh began teaching Kindergarten in Detroit. He went on to receive his M.S. in Psychology while transitioning into the field of autism. He currently works full-time designing daily programs to benefit children with autism and assist their families.
In 2020 Josh ran for the Oakland County Board of Commissioners in his wife's hometown of South Lyon. "I loved knocking on doors. It gave me the opportunity to hear firsthand what people were thinking about the true state of our government!" Having spent the past year with Representative Reilly, knocking doors in every season to educate his future constituents and expand grassroots groups has been a highlight for Josh.
Since relocating his family to Oxford, Josh has wasted no time turning passion into action. He has already started up two local grassroots groups which meet weekly and are very well attended. He looks forward to meeting all residents of the newly formed 66th Michigan House District and earning their trust and vote.
