After graduating from Republic High School, I went on to study History and Classics at the University of Missouri. Despite boycotts and protests, I made the most out of my time, which included a stint with the Heritage Foundation in Washington, DC.

​Out of school I was offered a job with the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, an educational non-profit founded by William F. Buckley Jr. in 1953. Bishop's task was to work within the conservative movement to bring conservative tradition to college campuses across the nation. ​Currently, I'm growing my small business--Pelion Learning LLC--which offers educational services to families throughout Greene County.
