BioRep. Charles Cunningham is a first-term legislator from Humble, Texas, and represents Northeast Harris County. He holds a Bachelor Degree from Our Lady of the Lake University, is a veteran of the United States Army, and recently retired from a lifelong career in the energy industry. Residing in House District 127 for over three decades, Rep. Cunningham has served twelve years on the Humble Independent School District, and three years on the Humble City Council, where he served until 2022. He is married to Stella Cunningham, a retired school teacher, and they are the proud parents of 4 children, and grandparents of 9 grandchildren.
