BioLacey Hull is a native Houstonian who was born and raised in House District 138, attended Spring Branch ISD schools and earned a bachelor's in political science and history from the University of Houston. After living in San Diego, Lacey and her family returned to Houston where she co-owns a small business and is raising her son. She is the former president of her Homeowners Association and a proud member of Bayou City Fellowship Church.
In the 87th Legislature, Lacey serves on the House Committees on Human Services, Insurance, and Resolutions Calendars. She was also appointed to serve as an at-large member of the Texas House Republican Caucus Policy Committee and is a member of the Criminal Justice Reform Caucus. Lacey is a proud advocate for the economic prosperity of the Houston area through her membership of the Texas Legislative Ports Caucus and the Aerospace Caucus.
Prior to being elected to the Texas House, Lacey worked with a variety of nonprofits to advocate for policies that protect the liberties of Texas families. As a State Representative, Lacey is committed to preserving individual liberty, unleashing economic opportunity, ensuring public safety, and providing quality education for all students.
