For two decades, Dave was an agri-business owner working closely with dairy farmers. More recently, he and his wife owned several fitness centers named Inches-A-Weigh in the Town of Grand Chute.

Dave and his wife, Lynn, live in Greenville. Dave's son Pat lives in Winneconne with his wife, Bonnie, and their two children. His daughter Sara and her husband Brad live in Middleton and have one son.

Dave currently serves as the Chairman of the Assembly Committee on Colleges and Universities but his legislative priorities do not stop there. If reelected, Dave plans to work to better prepare students for employment in order to stimulate economic growth, make health care more affordable by eliminating unnecessary bureaucracy in our medical system, and get Wisconsin's road construction back on track by prioitization and responsible budgeting.

Awards & Endorsements This session, Dave has been recognized for his service in the legislature with three distinct awards- The ABC "Building Wisconsin" award, the Wisconsin Builders Association "Friend of Housing" award, and the WEDA "Champion of Economic Development" award. These awards build on a record of service and commitment to economic development in our state.
