Webster Barnaby resides in Deltona and is the president of an LLC. He is married to Silvia, and they have two children- Britney and Adrian. Webster was born on December 9, 1959, in Birmingham, England, and moved to Florida in 1991. He earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Birmingham Metropolitan College, Matthew Boulton Technical College Campus, in Birmingham, England. A Christian by faith, Webster was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2020 and was reelected subsequently.
