Joe is Pro-Life, Pro-Constitution, and Pro-taxpayer. Joe believes every legislative decision needs to be decided based on how it affects our three "God-given, unalienable rights, Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness." During the Vietnam era, Joe White served our nation in the United States Air Force. After his honorable discharge, Joe, by using the G.I. Bill and working 30-40 hours/week loading trucks for delivery at Sears to provide for his young family, earned his B.S. degree in Public Administration.

Following graduation, Joe worked at Sears for an additional five years, before joining Beecham Laboratories as a sales representative.

In 1982, Joe and his wife, Linda, started their own business with no cash, a credit card, and a vision. That small business became a six-location, sixty-five employee business with annual revenue of over $12 million.

In 2010, Joe and Linda made the decision to retire by 2017. They used the next five years to train five loyal employees to run and grow that business and turned the business over to them in 2017. The business continues to prosper! Joe and Linda celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary on February 23, 2022. They have been blessed with two children and six grandchildren.

Joe has been honored to perform his oldest grandson's wedding ceremony and is currently scheduled to officiate his oldest granddaughter's wedding in April 2022.

Deciding to pause his retirement to serve his beloved state was a difficult choice, but Joe and Linda still believe in "Our sweet land of Liberty" and believe it is worth the effort to see We the People regain control of our republic.

Joe has frequently asked the questions, "If not you, then who? If not now, then when?" He ultimately realized that those questions were directed at him.
