Bio

I represent District 76, which includes Rex, Ellenwood, Lake City, Fort Gillem, part of

Jonesboro, and Morrow, Georgia. I was born in Quincy, Florida and grew up in Tallahassee,

Florida. In 1984, I earned a BS Degree from Florida A&M University in Business Management

and in 1994 I earned a degree in Elementary Education from Armstrong State University.

I served in the United States Army from 1984-1989 as a Staff Sergeant. I have taught school for

16 years. I am a member of Travelers Rest Missionary Church in Morrow, Georgia.
