Family- Married Michele Gasse, June 26, 1976; two children- Nicole and Kristen. Occupation- Attorney; president, Community Lottery Systems, Inc.; vice-president, Community Internet Systems, Inc. Former- Platte County Attorney. Member- Nebraska Bar Association; Florida Bar Association.
