BioJarad, his wife Rachel, and their three young children (William, Vivienne, & Henry) live on the family’s farm north of Keota. Rachel is a former teacher and librarian, and Jarad is the fifth generation of his family to continue their farm. Jarad and Rachel are involved in numerous community groups and organizations.Klein’s current and past membership include- St Mary’s Catholic Church in Keota, Washington County Pork Producers, Washington County Cattlemen Associate Member, Washington County Farm Bureau, Iowa Corn Growers Association, Iowa Soybean Association, National Rifle Association, Pheasants Forever, , Washington County Empowerment Board, Washington County Republican Party. Klein is serving his second term in the legislature.
