Bio

Representative Lozano is serving his first term as State Representative for House District 43. He serves on the Energy Resources, Agriculture & Livestock, and Rules & Resolutions Committees. He is the successful business owner of three Wingstop restaurants and is active in the Kingsville Economic Development Council, the Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club and Lions Club. Lozano received his Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Incarnate Word. J.M. and his wife Abby are the proud parents of two young children and are expecting their third child in the next few weeks.
