BioState Representative John Frullo took the oath of office and began serving the 84th House District on November 22, 2010. He is the owner of Midtown Printing and Graphics, Inc., a commercial printing, design and ad specialty company. Currently, he serves on the Committee on State Affairs and the Committee on Government Efficiency and Reform. During the 82nd Legislative Session, he authored Alicia's Law which gives law enforcement the tools they need to go after those who harm children. A long-time proponent for the protection of liberty and freedom, Representative Frullo holds strongly the principles of a limited and small government. He has been an active member of the Republican Party, including having served as an officer for the Lubbock County Young Republicans and treasurer and executive committee member of the Lubbock County Republican Party. Along with being a strong leader in business, Representative Frullo is an active member of the Lubbock community. He serves as a leader in Boy Scout Troop 157 and is a former board member of Communities in Schools, the Greater Southwest Lubbock Rotary Club, and the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce. Representative Frullo is also a former chairman of the multi-state printing industry association. Representative Frullo and his wife, Patti, have two sons, John Michael and Braden, both of whom attend Lubbock High School. He has a degree in accounting and has spent several years working as a CPA auditing governmental and business entities before purchasing Midtown Printing.
