Biography- Licensed Financial Advisory and Investment Advisor, MBA in Finance from DePaul University, Bachelor’s in Finance from Purdue University. Awarded the Champion of Free Enterprise and Guardian of Small Business for the 97th General Assembly. Darlene was a Naperville City Councilman from July 2002 to December 2008. Naperville resident for 19 years with two children.
