Elected to Alabama House of Representatives, District 84, in 1998. Currently serving third term having run unopposed since being elected in 1998. Serve on Governmental Appropriations Committee and Health Committee

Married Rebecca Parish Beasley. Father of five children and 12 grandchildren.

Past president and member of Alabama Pharmacy Association. Recipient of pharmacy’s most prestigious award, Bowl of Hygeia.
