Bio

Jake Chapman was born and raised in Adel and has always enjoyed living in a small community. The year Jake was born, his father started a private ambulance service based in Des Moines. From a very young age Jake was employed with the company. Most recently Jake served as the Director of Business Development and currently serves as the Director of Operations.

Jake is an EMT and enjoys working side-by-side with the employees he manages. After graduating from Adel-DeSoto-Minburn High School, Jake served a mission for his church. For two years he worked with and served the people of Norway and was able to learn the Norwegian language. Upon returning from Norway he married his high school sweetheart, Jennifer Moore. They are the proud parents of three beautiful children- Isaac, Leah, and Adam.
