BioSenator Linda Newell represents State Senate District 26 in Littleton. She is a business consultant with an expertise in human resources, corporate education and workforce development. She was a facilitator for dislocated workers who were laid off and employees new to the workforce. Throughout her career, she has balanced the needs of the unemployed seeking work, employees seeking development and corporations seeking business results. Linda overcame financial struggles due to the Savings & Loan crisis in the late 80’s. A single mother and sole provider for her two daughters, Linda is a strong supporter of education and bringing new jobs to our state. With the inching downturn of the economy, the rising fuel costs, and the healthcare crisis in our state, Linda is committed to the issues that affect us all.
