Bio

Riley has served in the Virginia House of Delegatessince 1992. He serves as Chairman for the House Counties, Cities and Towns Committee and Chairman of the Appropriations Committee’s Capital Outlay Subcommittee. He also sits on two other Appropriations Subcommittees -- Compensation and Retirement; and the Health and Human Resources Subcommittee -- and he is also a committee member of Privileges and Elections.

• Past Chairman of Tri-Cities Regional Domestic Violence Task Force 2006

• Past Mayor for the City of Hopewell

Riley graduated from Prince George High School. He was a Letter Carrier for nine years at the Hopewell Post Office and has been the Owner/Broker of Ingram & Associates Real Estate Company, Inc.for 38 years. He lives in Hopewell and has three grown children, Tracy Ingram, Stacy Ingram Hanson and Riley Ingram, Jr. He has five grandchildren-Taylor and Parker, Brinkley, Dylan and Drake. He attends Hopewell Church of the Nazarene.
