BioFrank Wood of Eldridge is in his 39th year as a public educator. He has worked 14 years as a teacher/coach and 25 years as an administrator. He is currently the Associate Principal at North Scott High School in charge of student activities. He has been in this position for six years and at North Scott for 12 years.He received his BA in Physical Education from Augustana College in Rock Island and received his Masters degree from Western Illinois University in Educational Administration. He is currently working on Ed.S degree from Western Illinois University in Educational Administration. Frank has served as the mayor of Eldridge and served in the Iowa Senate for four years. He has sold real estate for the last four years as well. Frank has been involved in various civic or religious memberships including past President of the North Scott Kiwanis, past member of the North Scott Rotary, River Cities Rotary and Rock Island Kiwanis and serves on the Education Advisory Committee at St. Ambrose University. Frank and his, wife Peggy have been married for 39 years and have two children, and four grandchildren.
