Bio

State Representative Andy Brenner is currently serving his first term in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 2nd House District, which includes all of Delaware County. Representative Brenner is vice president of Prestige Music Studios, Inc. and president of the Music Lessons Company, Inc., both Powell-based corporations. Representative Brenner served as Delaware County Recorder from 2005 until 2010. Prior to his election as Recorder, he served on the Kingston Township zoning board. Upon graduation from college he spent 12 years as an entrepreneur in the real estate field. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 1993, majoring in marketing and economics.

Representative Brenner sits on several community organizations, including- the Board of the Delaware American Red Cross, Board of Delaware County Friends of the Trail, member of Vestry and Finance Committee at St. Peters Episcopal Church, Rotary Club, Delaware County Farm Bureau, Ohio Farm Bureau, a member and Past Program Chair of the Delaware-Knox-Licking-Morrow (DKLM) County Suburban Realtors Association, current member of the NRA, former Chair and current Vice-Chair of the Delaware County Friends of the NRA, member of several local chambers of commerce, past member of the Ohio Association of Mortgage Brokers and National Association of Mortgage Brokers, member of the Arbor Committee in the City of Powell, where he resides. Representative Brenner and his wife, Sara Marie, reside in Powell.
