The Georgia Department of Education will offer required Teacher Keys evaluator training for individuals seeking initial credentialing. This training is appropriate for school or district leaders who evaluate and/or mentor teachers. All evaluators of teachers are required to be credentialed in TKES. Attendance at both days of training is required for persons to take the credentialing assessment for that course. Passing the credentialing assessment is required to be an evaluator in the state of Georgia. Participants should bring a laptop or tablet. This is a two-day training: August 13 & 14. Both days will begin at 8:30
Participants will need an account on the TLE Electronic Platform. If participants have an active account, they need only bring their username and password. If participants do not have an account, they should check with the SuperUser. Usernames for these accounts include the participant’s certification number and the three-digit state code for the district.
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your class registration, you must contact the Registrar, Jennifer Hale (jhale@okresa.org) PRIOR to the registration deadline.
