Bobby Smith, retired GaDOE Leader Quality Specialist, will conduct a workshop designed to increase school leaders’ understanding of the CCRPI metrics and utilization of CCRPI scores. 

Target Audience: 
Superintendents, Principals, Assistant Principals, Central Office Administrators, Special Education Directors, Instructional Coaches/Facilitiators

Participants should bring fully-charged notebook computers that can run Excel. (2-3 people from the same school can share a computer.)

Participants should bring hard copies of their latest CCRPI reports (2014).

They should print all tabs including the Flags and Climate Stars.)

They should also bring (or have electronic access to) one of their Milestones Reports.

It is called the “School Content Area Summary” report and the PDF will look like this: “Piedmont_Elem_CASUM_Main.”

It is a grade by grade (or course by course), subject by subject breakdown of the Milestones that includes the four performance levels, domain scores, and Lexile scores.

Each system is asked to send two people so that they can be trained to redeliver within their respective system.

Registration for courses must be received prior to the registration deadline. Your registration status will remain pending until we have received approval from your system Professional Learning Coordinator and registration fee. The registration fee must be submitted immediately. 

If you choose PERSONAL PAY as your payment method, you must submit a money order or cashier's check to pay for this class prior to the first day of class.

Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation for any course must be received prior to the registration deadline. Registration fees are refundable only if cancellation is received before the registration deadline. Withdrawals/Cancellations received after the registration deadline will not be accepted and fees will not be refundable.
