This session is useful for Districts where the Administrators have a working knowledge of the basic SLDS functionality (see above description of Basic Administrator Training). This session will look at some of the other tools within SLDS such as: Local Assessments (Renaissance Learning), a refresher of the differentiation tool, High School Feedback, Usage Reports, and the SLDS Parent Portal. This session will also offer an overview of several other tools, such as the IIS tool (see below IIS Data Analysis Tool training), the Gifted Eligibility form (see below Gifted Eligibility training), Professional Development (FIP modules), the Learning Object Repository (LOR) and the GOFAR functionality. Participants will see how SLDS has grown over the past several years as it provides a “path to personalized learning.”

Registration Policy
Registration for courses must be received prior to the registration deadline. Your registration status will remain pending until we have received approval from your system Professional Learning Coordinator and registration fee. The registration fee must be submitted immediately. 

If you choose PERSONAL PAY as your payment method, you must submit a money order or cashier's check to pay for this class prior to the first day of class.

Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation for any course must be received prior to the registration deadline. Registration fees are refundable only if cancellation is received before the registration deadline. Withdrawals/Cancellations received after the registration deadline will not be accepted and fees will not be refundable.
