We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the Seek and Find blended learning summer course (online, face-to-face deep dive, and online professional learning network (PLN); the first state-wide offered professional learning course of its kind! If you're passionate about student-centered and inquiry-driven learning, then this course is for you!

Q: Who's the course for? 

A: Any Georgia public educator (Grades 3-12 intended audience).

Q: What is the focus of the course?

A: The inquiry question for the course is: How can questioning (SEEK) and online search skills (FIND) move students forward? Check out the course aims to see our specific areas of focus.

Q: How will I complete the coursework?

A: The course is designed as a three-week blended learning course. (5 to 10 hours total)

Online Portion: 5 hours

The majority of the content and collaboration is online which will allow<br>participants to work at their own pace while following a weekly course schedule.

The content is delivered using a HyperDoc lesson format. All course information<br>will be accessible from our Seek &amp; Find website. Online Professional Learning Network: We will host an interactive and collaborative weekly online session (using YouTube Live) as well as collaborate on shared online documents and other web-based platforms. We'll encourage folks to use social media as well!

Face-to-Face Deep Dive: 5 hours

We will host a face-to-face Deep Dive where participants will develop a Seek &amp;Find lesson for their students using a HyperDoc lesson design. Course facilitators will provide in-depth support at this face-to-face workshop. The location of the Deep Dive is coming soon! Note: The face-to-face Deep Dive is not required, but it is strongly encouraged. We learn so much from each other in this type of learning environment!

Registration Policy
Registration for courses must be received prior to the registration deadline. Your registration status will remain pending until we have received approval from your system Professional Learning Coordinator and registration fee. The registration fee must be submitted immediately. 

If you choose PERSONAL PAY as your payment method, you must submit a money order or cashier's check to pay for this class prior to the first day of class.

Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation for any course must be received prior to the registration deadline. Registration fees are refundable only if cancellation is received before the registration deadline. Withdrawals/Cancellations received after the registration deadline will not be accepted and fees will not be refundable.
