Professional Learning Opportunity is designed to help existing co-teaching
teams build and enhance their collaborative partnership. Expressing yourself clearly is an important
skill when working together.
Co-teaching
teams will work together to:

Dig deeper into the High Leverage Practices of collaboration

Engage and practice communication techniques
=
Increase and/or create parity, equity, and trust to improve
relationships
=
Discuss the Impact of Well-Being on Relationships and How to
Improve It
=
Build and maintain rapport, credibility, and trust
=
Learn to listen attentively and empathetically
Check-in
dates will continue with teams who have attended the training to provide continued
support.
The Training is designed
for existing Co-Teaching teams. Special
Ed Coaches or Leaders that support professional learning for special education
are welcome to attend as well to support their learning.
Participants
must be able to access technology and Wi-Fi
