Course Description

This workshop focuses on the important role of a growth mindset and social-emotional learning as an essential part of our core instruction. Designed for educators who want to deepen their understanding about the importance of intentional development of SEL skills, this day examines teaching practices that support the development of core SEL competencies and how they are aligned with other initiatives, including the Common Core State Standards and Danielson and Marzano teacher evaluation frameworks.

Lunch will be provided.
