  • What are the major instructional goals of programs designed to address the unique learning needs of gifted students?
  • Would differentiate learning experiences and instructional methods for gifted students require a variety of differentiated instructional materials?
  • What impact does evolving educational technology have on the methods and materials used to teach gifted students?
  • How do social and cultural values and political and economic factors affect programming arrangements and service delivery models for gifted students?
