Course Description

This full day of training will provide educators with all the tools they need to bring the Medal of Honor Character Development Program into their classrooms.  This extensive curriculum, which uses the Oral Histories of Medal of Honor Recipients, focuses on values and how students can use these examples of courage, commitment, sacrifice, integrity, citizenship, and patriotism to influence change in their own communities.  The material is cross-curricular and flexible, designed to be used for Middle and High School students.  

Attendees will:

 - Receive the full curriculum kit at not cost

 - Participate in model lessons

 - Learn best practices for their classrooms

 - Enjoy a complimentary breakfast and lunch
