Course Description
Instructional leaders design professional learning that increases results for all students using a variety of data sources to plan, assess, and inspect implementation. The use of multiple sources of data offers a balanced and more comprehensive analysis of performance than any single type or source of data can. Instructional facilitators/coaches play a key role in providing coaching and support during this process.

In this session, participants will learn how to:
-Pose probing questions during data analysis to understand where students are in relationship to the expected curriculum standards.
-Identify the focus for educator professional learning from a Curriculum and Instructional perspective.
-Design, deliver, and inspect quality professional learning based on targeted Curriculum and Instructional needs.
-Align coaching moves to data.

Target Audience:
Instructional Facilitators/Coaches
