Course Description
Participants will examine, explore and practice the steps of the Engineering Design process to include questions, problems, models, investigations, data, computational thinking, explanations, arguments, design and re-design and communicating. During the course, teachers will incorporate these ideas into their classrooms.

Target Audience: (1) Teachers in need of shoring up their understanding and comfort level of the engineering design process; (2) Teachers as members of STEM/STEAM teams to ensure appropriate use of the engineering design practices during the teaching of a STEM/STEAM unit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for any course must be received prior to the registration deadline. Registration fees are refundable only if cancellation is received by the registration deadline. Any cancellations received after the deadline will not be accepted and fees will not be returned. If cancellation is not made and registrant does not attend the course, the status will be "No Show" and payment will still be required.
