WHY EXHIBIT AT the Southern States Symposium & Expo?

The Southern States Symposium & Expo meeting is the largest dental laboratory industry meeting in the country run by a nonprofit association. The educational sessions and expo will all provide you with beneficial information on the latest trends and technology updates. FDLA offers CDT/RG, AGD and State of Florida approved credits, so you will earn continuing education credits for attending the courses held during the Symposium.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH BOOTH FEE?

  • Regular Booth - Member - $1,400 ($1,500 after 9/30/19)
  • Regular Booth - Non  Member - $1,600 ($1,700 after 9/30 /19)
  • Prime Location Booth - Member - $1,600 ($1,700 after 9/30/19)
  • Prime Location Booth - Non Member - $1,800 ($1,900 after 9/30/19)
  • Island Booth/Hands-On Table Clinic $4,500 (5% discount for Associate & Business Partner Members)
 Each 10' x 10' Booth purchased will receive the following:

  • Booth carpet 
  • One 6' draped table/two folding chairs/wastebasket
  • Exhibitor ID sign with booth number
  • 4 complimentary booth representative badges per booth (Additional badges available for a fee.) 
  • Each registered booth representative receives 1 Ticket to the Friday Night Reception.
  • Each registered booth representative receives 1 Ticket for the Saturday Lunch.
  • 1 Complimentary List of Registrants (Upon Request)
  • Complimentary Cleaning of Booths on Friday Following the Close of Show 
Policy on Exhibitors Attending Sessions: Exhibitors are welcome to attend technical clinics, as space permits, at no additional charge.
