Representative Patrick Neville is serving his third term in the Colorado House of Representatives, representing House District 45, Castle Rock. He has served as the House Republican Leader since November 2016. Representative Neville grew up in Littleton, Colorado where he attended and graduated from Columbine High School in 2001. After high school, he attended the University of Colorado at Denver, where he studied Economics. While attending college, he worked full time as a manager of a grocery store and later as an insurance producer. After graduation, he decided he wanted to serve his country and joined the US Army.

While in the Army, Representative Neville was deployed to Iraq and served in the battle of Sadr City as a Platoon Leader. He was fortunate to be surrounded by the best Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and owes much of his success to them. His awards include the Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal (OLC) and Army Achievement Medal. He retired from the Army at the rank of Captain.

Representative Neville was blessed to marry his high school sweetheart Kristi at the age of 22. They currently live in Castle Rock, where they raise their three girls, Mary Katelyn, Hannah, and Lydia.
