Bio

Born in Berwyn and attended Western Illinois University, Macomb. Served as Legislative Aide to the late Rep. Myers 1997 - 2010; Emmet Township Trustee 2004 - 2006; and member of Macomb Planning Commission. Hammond currently serves as Township Supervisor and is a member of the Legislative Ethics Commission, the Council of State Governments Agriculture Committee, and SARL- State Agriculture and Rural Leaders. Married (husband, Leonard) one daughter, Trish.
