Attorney Anderson has spent his entire career working to maintain law and order. During his career he has used his experience and dedication to represent the toughest of cases. His background and passion make him more than qualified to be the next House Delegate for the 83rd District. Attorney Anderson specializes in bankruptcy, criminal defense and second amendment litigation. He has used his expertise to inform and educate the public on Legislative Updates, Gun Rights and more. Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. Tim Anderson attended college at the University of Tampa graduating in 1996 with a Bachelor's in Economics. He then attended Regent University School of Law and graduated in 1999 with a JD in Law and passed the Virginia Bar exam in July 1999. He is a member of the Virginia, North Carolina, District of Columbia, and Missouri Bars and am admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the 4th, 9th and DC Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the District Courts Bars in Virginia, DC, Eastern NC, Western MO, Colorado, and the Southern District of Texas. His record speaks for itself.

A resident of Virginia Beach, Tim Anderson lives in Virginia Beach with his wonderful wife and three beautiful children. On his off time, he is a recreational pilot and spends much of his free time traveling the state educating Virginians on concealed carry laws.
