BioState Rep. Jerry Neyer was first elected to the Michigan House of Representatives in November 2022. He will serve the 92nd House District, which includes portions of Gratiot and Isabella counties.
Committees
Jerry serves as the Republican vice chair on the House Agriculture committee. He also serves on the Insurance and Financial Service and Regulatory Reform committees.

Professional
Jerry has spent the last 30 years working at his family's dairy farm, which has roughly 150 cows. He operates the farm with his father and brother.
He has spent more than 20 years serving on the Isabella County Farm Bureau, the Michigan Dairy Marketing Committee and the Isabella County Planning Commission.
Personal
Jerry was born and raised in Isabella County. He lives in Shepherd with his wife of 28 years. They have two adult sons.
