Gallop Franklin II resides in Tallahassee, Florida, where he is involved in healthcare, real estate, and education. He is married to Chelsea M. Franklin of Tallahassee.

Born on August 22 in Tallahassee, Florida, Franklin earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
