​ I've spent the last 20 years as the Executive Director of two non-profits in the transportation industry. These positions have required me to work with local, state and federal governmental agencies and officials which has benefited our seniors and veterans. This work has help start several tribal and public transit programs resulting in the creation of many jobs in Montana. Working with the National Academies of Science on research panels has been most rewarding as they have created additional transportation options for our veterans, allowing military certifications to immediately transfer to the public sector and an economic development plan for the Blackfeet Tribe.

​ My husband, Steve, and I have been blessed with two very extraordinary children, owning a small business and having extended family and friends in almost every community in Montana. I feel very fortunate that my father moved us to Montana in 1970 - it truly is the Last Best Place.
