The registration fee includes all training sessions, handouts and coffee breaks for the registrant, and planned social functions for the registrant and spouse/guest. Accommodations, travel expenses, and incidentals are the responsibility of the registrant. Payment may be made at a later date but in all instances prior to the Conference.
Refund policy: If the LDAA office is notified by Friday, June 17, 2022, in writing or by telephone, a full refund will be made. After this cutoff date, there will be no refunds. Please note that NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED.

The Association has obtained special accommodation rates for attendees at the Conference site, the Sandestin Resort, located at 9300 Emerald Coast Parkway West in Miramar Beach, Florida. All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes and fees in effect at time of check-in.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
In the event a guest checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee to the guest’s account. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time of 4:00 p.m.; however, rooms may not be immediately available. Also note that check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
