The Louisiana District Attorneys Association conference registration desk will open at 1:00 PM on Monday, June 26, 2022.
Promotional Items and 1-page information flyers/brochures submitted for attendee materials
- Registration must be paid IN FULL prior to FRIDAY, JUNE 16, 2023, in order to include your promotional items with attendee training materials.
- Each Sponsor/Exhibitor ranked Silver and above may submit 350 each of ONE promotional item and ONE 1-page flyer or brochure (may be 1 or 2-sided) to be included in attendee training materials.
- All promotional items and flyers provided for attendee materials must be received by LDAA Headquarters located at 2525 Quail Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70808-9042, NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JUNE 16, 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- Branding information, contact information, and electronic flyers to be provided in the electronic attendee materials may be submitted by emailing HELPDESK@LDAA.ORG.
- Any promotional items used for the LDAA 45th Annual Conference MUST meet the following criteria:
- branding must be visible and permanently affixed to the item; stickers do not qualify (as per Ethics guidelines)
- item must be small enough to be easily carried in a bag or tote along with attendee's regular training materials
- cannot be perishable
- value cannot exceed $20/item
SILVER SPONSORSHIPS DO NOT INCLUDE EVENT ATTENDANCE OR EXHIBITOR TABLES AT THE CONFERENCE.
GOLD and PLATINUM Exhibitor information
A maximum of one (1) six-foot table will be available for your use in exhibiting. GOLD level exhibitors will be located in the break area (Magnolia D-F). PLATINUM level exhibitors will be located in the main lobby on the first floor of the conference center. Tables are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please check in at the conference registration desk prior to selecting your table.
The exhibits may be set up in your designated area as early as 12:00 Noon on Sunday, June 26.
The conference sessions are scheduled to adjourn by 11:30 a.m. on Friday, June 30. However, all exhibits must be dismantled and removed by no later than 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 29.
The exhibitor is responsible for all travel expenses incurred by you and/or your party. Any equipment associated with your station that requires shipping should be shipped directly to the conference center and not to LDAA Headquarters.
The exhibitors will be introduced at the opening of the LDAA conference and allowed a 3-minute window to introduce yourself and your company. You will also be listed during the electronic announcements each day, and the exhibitor's contact information will be included in the list of attendees which will be placed in the LDAA registration packet. You will also be provided the contact information of all attendees in Excel format following the close of the conference.
A maximum of one (1) person with each registration may attend the training and social sessions free of charge (i.e., $800 exhibitor fee = one person; $300 co-exhibitor fee = each additional person).
The paid registration fee includes all training sessions, handouts, and coffee breaks for the registrant.
