BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION FORM
 
Use this form to register your booth staff and pay for any additional name badges and meal tickets beyond what is included with your Exhibit booth registration. All booth staff must be registered by Friday, December  9, 2022
 
INCLUDED WITH THE BOOTH:
 
Badges:
  • 2 badges included with the booth fee
  • Additional badges available for $200 per person (limit of 2)
  • Maximum of four (4) badges per booth 

Meal tickets:

  • 2 Wednesday lunch tickets
  • 2 Thursday lunch tickets  

 *** All registered exhibitor staff must be employed by the exhibiting company. Exhibitors may not register family members as booth staff. No one under 18 years of age may staff the booth or attend conference functions***
