Additional Event Information

We have received several questions about online learning opportunities and we heard you! First up is a webinar about Procedural Justice. This webinar is open to prosecutors, law enforcement, and advocates. Our very own, Ms. Sharla Jackson, will be presenting this topic on Wednesday, April 1st from 10:30am to 11:30am. Do you know what the best part is?! This webinar is approved for 1 CLE, POST, and Advocate hour! No April Fools' Day joke here! We hope you plan to attend, but please complete registration to receive the link for the webinar. Please note the link will only work for the date and time listed above.

Here is a bit more about what this presentation will cover:
The court system can create many obstacles for victims seeking justice. Due process requires that all who come before a court have notice and an opportunity to be heard. Barriers such as disabilities, language, age, income, geography, or even court professionals can make justice inaccessible. This undermines the integrity of our court system.

CLE, POST, & Advocate
CLE: Please note the CLE credit will fall under the in-house/self-study rule. The rule has a six hour maximum on CLE credits. A webinar falls in the same category as a video review. The supreme Court of Georgia allowed ALL 2019 CLE hours to be completed by approved in-house or distance learning seminars. The deadline for this was March 31, 2020. We have not received information about this being extended. If you are in need of a CLE form for this training, please click HEREIf you are requesting CLE hours, there is a $4 charge. Please mail the CLE form and the check to PAC.

POST: We are excited to now offer POST credit through webinars! In order to receive POST credit for this webinar, you must listen to the webinar live not review the recorded version. We are asked to take attendance at the start and the end of the session to show who is on the call. You must sign in with your first and last name to receive credit and be present for the entire webinar. If you are in need of a POST form, please click HERE. At the end of the webinar, please email the form to

Advocate:If you are in need of an Advocate form, please click HERE. At the end of the webinar, please email the form to
