Description of this Training:

Georgia courts constantly deal with challenges to the state's DUI laws. This session brings participants up to date with recent cases that impact the investigation and prosecution of DUI cases. The session will also cover responses to defenses concerning the Alco-Sensor, HGN, the NHTSA manual and constitutional challenges to SFST.

The deadline for this is April 30, 2020. If you are in need of a CLE form for this training, please click HEREIf you are requesting CLE hours, there is a $4 charge. Please mail the CLE form and the check to PAC.

POST: We are excited to now offer POST credit through webinars! In order to receive POST credit for this webinar, you must listen to the webinar live not review the recorded version. We are asked to take attendance at the start and the end of the session to show who is on the call.
