We hope you have enjoyed the last few webinars we offered over the past few weeks. We still have several more to come, but next up is Courtroom Demeanor and Testimony Webinar! We have received a few requests in the past for this presentation, and we are thrilled to be able to offer this to you now! We hope you will join us! Mr. Ken Hutcherson, Prosecutor with PAC, will be presenting this session on Friday, April 17th from 9:00am to 11:10am.

This training is geared towards law enforcement but prosecutors are welcome to attend. Please note this is a BASIC presentation.

What to expect from this training:
We know that taking the witness stand has its challenges, but we are here to teach you how to be an effective witness. With this training, we are confident that you will learn the needed skills to make you more comfortable and effective when testifying in court.

CLE, POST, & Advocate
Please submit forms at the conclusion of the track. 

CLE: Please note the CLE credit will fall under the in-house/self-study rule. The rule has a six hour maximum on CLE credits. A webinar falls in the same category as a video review. The supreme Court of Georgia allowed ALL 2019 CLE hours to be completed by approved in-house or distance learning seminars. The deadline for this was March 31, 2020. We have not received information about this being extended or exceptions for 2020. If you are in need of a CLE form for this training, please click HEREIf you are requesting CLE hours, please mail the CLE form and the check to PAC.

POST: We are excited to now offer POST credit through webinars! In order to receive POST credit for this webinar, you must listen to the webinar live not review the recorded version. We are asked to take attendance at the start and the end of the session to show who is on the call.
