Description of this Training:

This webinar will focus on the key elements of charging a successful fraud “white collar” case, including the basic building blocks of Georgia’s theft statutes and the more robust racketeering (RICO) statute.  We will discuss emerging fraud trends which are hurting governments and private sector businesses.  Email and internet scams will be discussed.  And some best practices for analyzing and proving fraud will be covered.

Presenting on this topic will be Mr. David McLaughlin, Assistant District Attorney from the Coweta Judicial Circuit.

The deadline for this is April 30, 2020. If you are in need of a CLE form for this training, please click HEREIf you are requesting CLE hours, there is a $4 charge. Please mail the CLE form and the check to PAC.
