The Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia, in cooperation with the Georgia Governor's Office of Highway Safety presents:

Traffic Safety Tuesday: DUI Cannabis and SFST Webinar
Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 10:00AM - 11:00AM (Eastern Standard Time)

Description of this Training:

As more states legalize the use of marijuana and as marijuana possession prosecutions have become more challenging in Georgia, DUI-Marijuana cases, and crashes, are expected to rise. Please join us as we welcome Illinois Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor Jennifer Cifaldi to share her insight on handling these important investigations and prosecutions. On January 1, 2020, Illinois became the 11th US state to legalize recreational marijuana for adult use. Jennifer will discuss DUI prosecution in her changing environment – focusing on the investigative tools available to officers, evidence presentation, and jury misconceptions regarding DUI-Marijuana.

This is a FREE one-hour training webinar open to prosecutors and law enforcement.

Out-of-State Attendees: We are excited to have you join our webinar! If you are a new registrant in a different state, please select "Other" on the registration form and select "State of ______" (choose your state). If you do not see your state listed, please contact the Training Department at training@pacga.org.
