Additional Event Information

The webinars keep coming, and we love it! PAC training has scheduled over 30 webinars since the beginning of April! Thank you so much for making these trainings a success!

NEXT UP! We are excited to welcome Captain Kevin Mitchell and Captain Charles Grimsley, both are Air Force Special Victims' Counsel with the USAF, as our next webinar speakers. Captain Mitchell and Captain Grimsley were scheduled to present at the 2020 VWAP Conference before it was cancelled. We are thrilled they decided to join us virtually! And it gets better... they will be joining us again on June 4th speaking on Working with Military Special Victims' Counsel so don't forget to register! To view our training calendar, please click HERE.

Here is an overview of the Military Justice and Adverse Actions:
Forget everything you remember from watching "JAG." Tune in to this webinar to learn how the military justice system functions, along with jurisdictional considerations that allow the military to complete its mission on the worldwide stage while maintaining good order and discipline. Topics covered will be differences between the military and civilian systems, jurisdictional concerns, programs to assist victims and other unique considerations when working with military justice practitioners. This webinar will be taught by two former Georgia prosecutors (and current JAGs).

CLE, POST, & Advocate

**CLE Credit: Please note the CLE credit will fall under the in-house/self-study rule. The rule has a six hour maximum on CLE credits. A webinar falls in the same category as a video review. The Supreme Court of Georgia allowed ALL 2019 CLE hours to be completed by approved in-house or distance learning seminars. The deadline for this was March 31, 2020. We have not received information about this being extended or exceptions for 2020. If you are in need of a CLE form for this training, please click HEREIf you are requesting CLE hours, please mail the CLE form and the check to PAC.

**POST Credit: In order to receive POST credit for this webinar, you must listen to the webinar live not review the recorded version. We are asked to take attendance at the start and the end of the session to show who is on the call. You must sign in with your first and last name to receive credit and be present for the entire webinar. If you are in need of a POST form, please click HERE. At the end of the webinar, please email the form to training@pacga.org.

**Advocate Credit: If you are in need of an Advocate form, please click HERE. At the end of the webinar, please email the form to training@pacga.org. UPDATE! Please note that you will receive a certificate template in the email confirmation for you to complete your own certificate. You will only need to add your first and last name to the certificate. We trust that you will be accurate and honest in the process of reporting your credit hours. This will be a temporary process until we upgrade our registration system. We do still ask for you to submit your advocate form to us so we have a copy of your affidavit on file.
