Session One | Monday, July 20, 2020 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am (Offers 1 general, 1 trial hour)
Overview of Prosecuting Elder and Disabled Abuse by William Johnson, Adult Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation Prosecutor, PAC

(No Session on Tuesday, July 21, 2020)

Session Three | Wednesday, July 22, 2020 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am (Offers 1 general hour)
Un-masking CDL Violations by Romana A. Lavalas, Senior Attorney, National Traffic Law Center, Arlington, Virginia

CLE, POST, & Advocate: All forms will be sent after the last session of the track on Thursday, July 23.

CLE: Please note the CLE credit will fall under the in-house/self-study rule. A webinar falls in the same category as a video review. The supreme Court of Georgia allowed ALL 2020 CLE hours to be completed by approved in-house or distance learning seminars. The deadline for this is March 31, 2021. For more information on this rule, please click HERE.

POST: We are excited to now offer POST credit through webinars! In order to receive POST credit for this webinar, you must listen to the webinar live not review the recorded version. We are asked to take attendance at the start and the end of the session to show who is on the call. You must sign in with your first and last name to receive credit and be present for the entire webinar.

Advocate: Due to the nature of this content, there will be no advocate credit given.
